For a more extravagant experience travel a little outside Dubai to the IBN Battuta Mall. The IBN Battuta Mall is the world’s largest theme mall and is named after a Moroccan explorer. Situated on Sheikh Zayed Road, the Mall has over 275 shops, an IMAX theatre, and a 21 screen cinema.
The Mall is divided into six separate areas, each with their own theme based on a country. There are luxuriously decorated areas based on Indian, Chinese, Persian, Andalusia, Egyptian and Tunisian design. The mall also exhibits ancient technological innovations that have come from the Middle East.
Finally and probably the last stop on your way home, the Airport Duty Free is a great place for good value. Why not pick up some tax free jewellery, electronics or clothes before your return home.
